Together Let Us Seek The Heights

A Letter From Our President,

Hi there! My name is Kelsey Mason, and I am beyond honored to be serving as the Chapter President of Alpha Chi Omega here at the University of Arizona. Bear Down!

Going through formal fall recruitment nearly four years ago was one of the best decisions I have made. After graduating from a small high school, I was intimidated by such a large university, as the U of A is. I knew that I wanted to go through recruitment to make this large campus feel smaller and find my place among my peers. Little did I know that I would find much more than that. Alpha Chi Omega has given me more than I could have ever asked for. It has given me lifelong friends and role models, a home away from home, a support system, amazing opportunities, and unforgettable memories that I will hold for years to come.

Through this chapter I have grown in many ways. I have gained confidence and maturity, I have been able to step into multiple leadership roles, and I have had the opportunity to grow into the woman I want to become. But I am not where I am today on my own. Throughout my time in the chapter, I have been surrounded by passionate and inspiring women who have encouraged me to continue “Seeking the Heights.”  It is now a privilege to be able to lead all 312 of these incredible women.

Alpha Chi Omega is built on five membership pillars: academic interest, character, financial responsibility, leadership ability and personal development. The Beta Lambda chapter is proud to have real, strong, women representing these standards in their daily lives.

I truly cannot express how grateful I am to be an Alpha Chi Omega. This chapter has shaped my college experience for the better and I know that the bond of sisterhood and the genuine relationships I have built will last much longer than the four years spent at the University of Arizona. The opportunity to represent this empowered, well-rounded, and diverse group of women is an opportunity of a lifetime and it is my hope that as you look through our website, you will see just how special it is to be an Alpha Chi Omega.

Love and LITB,

Kelsey Mason
